29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 3800 Center Place Dr. (Premier at West Park), Building #4, Greeley, CO: On or before October 25, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that three employees walked on an I-beam support and trusses on the second level of a multi story residential apartment building without utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the interior and approximately 20 feet to the ground on the exterior.
