Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) Roof - On or about October 27, 2023 and at times prior thereto, employees were replacing shingles along the edge of a low sloped roof approximately 8 ft above the ground without the use of fall protection.
