On or about October 31, 2023, employees doing framing work and were exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists by not wearing hard hats.   Arnoldo Reyes Cruz  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525702, citation number 1, item number 1  and was affirmed as a final order on 5/14/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Bison Meadow Waxahachie Tx.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a. On or about October 31, 2023  employees were  doing framing and were exposed to eye injuries by not wearing eye protection while using a pneumatic nail gun.   Arnoldo Reyes Cruz  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525702, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/14/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 100Bison Meadow Waxahachie Tx.   Arnoldo Reyes Cruz  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1549409, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/21/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 141 Trail Dr. Waxahachie Tx.
