29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns.  On or about April 3, 2025, at  604 Moonrise Street in Waxahachie, Texas, employees were not wearing hardhats while working below other employees that were installing framing material to a residential house.  Arnoldo Reyes Cruz  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525702, Citation Number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 14, 2021, with a final abatement date on  May 28, 2021,  with respect to a workplace located at 100 Bison Meadow, Waxahachie, TX 75165.

On or about April 3,  2025, at 604 Moonrise Street in Waxahachie, Texas, employees used Hitachi nail guns while performing framing without wearing eye  and/or face protection.  Arnoldo Reyes Cruz  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525702, Citation Number 1, Item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 14, 2021, with a final abatement date on  May 28, 2021,  with respect to a workplace located at 100 Bison Meadow, Waxahachie, TX 75165.

On or about April 3,  2025, at 604 Moonrise Street in Waxahachie, Texas, employees performed framing work from heights of more than 6-feet above the lower level without fall protection.  Arnoldo Reyes Cruz  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525702, Citation Number 1, Item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on May 14, 2021, with a final abatement date on  May 28, 2021,  with respect to a workplace located at 100 Bison Meadow, Waxahachie, TX 75165.

Arnoldo Reyes Cruz  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525702, Citation Number 2, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 14, 2021, with a final abatement date on  May 12, 2021,  with respect to a workplace located at 100 Bison Meadow, Waxahachie, TX 75165.
