Location: Jobsite;  On or about 10/31/2023, a Caterpillar (CAT) TH360B rough terrain forklift was left unattended with the load suspended at a 2nd story window of the residence that was in the vicinity of the front entrance of the building as well as a ladder which employees utilized to access the 2nd story balcony area.
