The employer did not ensure that each operator is trained, certified/ licensed, and evaluated in accordance with this section before operating any equipment covered under subpart CC, except for the equipment listed in paragraph (a)(2) of this section: a) The employer fails to ensure that the crane operators are certified as demonstrated on or about 10/31/2023, at the new residential building located at Lot 38, Mill Creek Springs , Buford, GA 30519. Front side of structure. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that all crane operators are NCCCO or similarly certified.
