29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(1): Visual inspections were not performed by a competent person prior to each shift for apparent deficiencies of the equipment that was used: a) Lot #77, located at Mulberry Creek Way, Flowery Branch, GA 30524: On or about 12/10/2025: the employer did not ensure that the crane in use was subjected to a visual inspection by a competent person before the beginning of the shift. This inspection is required to verify the condition of the equipment and identify any observable issues that may affect its operation. The absence of this inspection represents a deviation from the standard's requirements. Rigoberto Zetina DBA RZM Construction Group, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1412(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1744011, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/5/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2809 Turnwater Street Lot 655, Del Webb at Chateau Elan subdivision.
