A) 9698 Temple Street, Harrison - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21 feet while engaged in sheathing/framing work on a residential structure. The employees were not protected by any type of fall protection system, on or about, October 23rd, 2023. Highridge Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1678584, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on September 26th, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 27 Church Lane in Scarsdale, NY.
