The employees were not protected by eye/face protection, on or about, June 3rd, 2025. Highridge Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1678584, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on September 26th, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 27 Church Lane in Scarsdale, NY.

A)1 Kenilworth Road, Harrison - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13-feet while working on the upper level of a structure conducting framing work, without the use of a personal fall arrest, or other fall protection systems, on or about, June 3rd, 2025.
