29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) New single-family residential construction located at 155 Chase Crossing (Lot# 26 Chase Crossing) Cornelia, GA 30531, Roof: On or about 11/01/2023,  and at times prior the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20-feet, 7-inch to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided or utilized while performing framing operations.  Alfredo Barcenes was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1443712, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 29, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at4415 Highland Gate Parkway (Lot 45)  Gainesville, GA 30501.
