Gold Star Builders, Inc. dba Worcester Affordable Housing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1664024, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/05/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 76 Webster St., Worcester, MA.
