29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v):  The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork :  On or about November 2, 2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards, while working from a supported scaffold lifted by a rough terrain forklift, on a residential construction site in Champaign, Illinois.   The employer did not secure the supported scaffold to the rough terrain forklift by a chain or some other secure method.
