Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: 17 East Mountain Street, Worcester, MA: On or about November 7, 2023 and at times prior, employees engaged in roofing activities on a low slope roof with unprotected sides and edges greater than 6 feet to the next lower level were not protected by either guard rails, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or flagging and monitoring systems.
