29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): 13):"Residential construction." Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about November 8, 2023, during the roofing operations of a residential structure located at 9683 Abbeyshire Way, Concord Township, Ohio 44060; the employer did not ensure that employees on the walking/working surface were protected from a fall of approximately 17 feet 4 inches by utilizing guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  RJ Kirkland Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection 1551271, Citation 1, Item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 4, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 810 Moe Drive, Akron, OH 44310.  RJ Kirkland Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection 1506308, Citation 1, Item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 8, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 32916 Vine Street in Willowick, Ohio.  RJK Roofing Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1390855 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 4, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 203 E. Royalton Road, Broadview Heights, Ohio 44147.
