1910.132(f)(3)(iii)  Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of assigned PPE indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill.  a) Hanover Foods, Inc., Centre Hall, PA - On or about November 1, 2023, the entity failed to assess the working conditions prior to matching workers with the host facility, the workers were exposed to hazards associated with exposure to food processing equipment that presents caught in hazards, chemicals such as sanitizing agents, and anhydrous ammonia exposing workers to hazardous chemicals.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
