1910.95(l)(2): The employer shall provide to affected employees any informational materials pertaining to the standard that are supplied to the employer by the Assistant Secretary. a) 3008 Penns Valley Pike, Centre Hall, PA 16828 - On or about October 27, 2023, employees from the temporary staffing agency were working at the host employer in the Entree Room near equipment that was producing hazardous noise levels, and monitoring had not been conducted to determine the employee's 8-hour time weighted average exposure. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
