29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (a) On or before 11/8/2023, the employer did not ensure that their written hazard communication program was aligned with current Hazard Communication Standard requirements. The program has not been updated since at least 2012 and did not include references to this standard and the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) requirements. This condition exposed employees to hazardous chemicals.
