29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours: Creech Air Force Base, building 719: On or about November 9, 2023, the Company's injury and illness records (OSHA logs or OSHA 300A forms) were not made available for review. On February 6, 2024, a second attempt to secure the requested documents was unsuccessful, and at the time of the closing conference on February 29, 2024, the employer still had not submitted the requested documents.
