29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) Jobsite located at 2438 Bryn Mawr Ave. Ardmore PA - The employer did not provide effective training for each employee conducting roofing activities from the roof of a two-story residential building, and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet, in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards. Condition was observed on or about November 9, 2023.
