29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required:   a) On or about August 23, 2024, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective action for citation 1, item 1 issued on April 24, 2024, with an abatement due date of May 13, 2024.  b) On or about August 23, 2024, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective action for citation 1, item 2 issued on April 24, 2024, with an abatement due date of May 20, 2024.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m), or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about 11/9/2023 and at times prior, at 20020 SE Bridgewater Drive Jupiter, Florida 33458  a. Employees were exposed to a 11-foot fall hazard while nailing plywood sheeting without being protected from falling with a conventional fall protection system.  b. Employees were exposed to a 24 -foot fall hazard while nailing plywood sheeting without being protected from falling with a conventional fall protection system.   JC Florida Carpentry Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1578873, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 6/22/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 9350 Crestview Circle, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33412.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   On or about 11/9/2023 and times prior, at 20020 SE Bridgewater Drive Jupiter, Florida 33458, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to 11 feet while utilizing an extension ladder to access a roof that did not extend 3 feet.  JC Florida Carpentry Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1578873, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 06/26/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 9350 Crestview Circle in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33412.
