29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about 4/25/2024 at 9123 SW Pinnacle Place, Port Saint Lucie, Fl 34986.  a. Employees were exposed to a 12-foot fall hazard while nailing plywood sheeting without being protected from falling with a conventional fall protection system.  b. An employee was exposed to a 16-foot fall hazard while nailing plywood sheeting without being protected from falling with a conventional fall protection system.   JC Florida Carpentry Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1578873, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 6/26/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 9350 Crestview Circle, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33412.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  On or about 4/25/2024, at 9123 SW Pinnacle Place, Port Saint Lucie, Fl 34987, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of up to 12 feet while utilizing an extension ladder that did not extend 3 feet above the roof being accessed.  JC Florida Carpentry Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1578873, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 06/26/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 9350 Crestview Circle, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33412.

29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1):The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer.  On or about 4/25/2024 at 9123 SW Pinnacle Place, Port Saint Lucie, Fl 34986, the employer did not have a written certificate for fall protection training for employees nailing plywood sheeting  who were exposed to 12-foot and 16-foot fall hazards.
