29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b) Location: Building 42 & 48 @ 45 Wheeler Circle, Stoughton, MA On or about November 14, 2023 employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 30 feet, from the roof line to the ground below, where fall protection was not used. The THS National LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1479832, citation number 1, item number2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10-26-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 11105 Willow Meadow Lane Charlotte, NC 28277
