29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(iv)(a): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 �F (37.8 �C), were not kept in covered containers when not actually in use: On November 15, 2023, employees at 1211 W 12th, Coffeyville, KS 67337, were exposed to struck by and flammable hazards in that aerosol paint cans were stacked on top of the flammable locker and were not stored inside the flammable locker.
