29 CFR 1960.8(a): The Agency head did not furnish employment and a place of employment to each employee that were free from recognized hazards that caused or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm: (a)On or about November 17, 2023, and at times prior thereto, Willamette National Cemetery employees were exposed to occupational injury and illness when laying and removing Mobi-Mats using a fabricated roller which affected the safety, and stability of the John Deere 328 E Skid Steer, PIN# *1T0328EMAEE271043* (WNC-907-704). Abatement Note: Among other methods a generally recognized means of abetment would be to: (a) obtain approval and an updated name plate from the manufacturer; or use an attachment that has the manufactures pre-approval
