29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily: Mechanics Shop - On or about March 28, 2025, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fire and respiratory hazards, related to smoke inhalation, when more than a day's store of combustible waste material was left in an open can in their work area.
