29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels. a) On or about November 15, 2023, employees operated equipment, such as but not limited to, the snow distribution gun, where noise exposures measured 93.4dBA time weighted average. Once baseline audiograms were established, an audiogram was not provided annually, exposing employees to unknown hearing loss.
