29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i):The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure: HK Cooperative, Inc. dba J.H. Routh Packing Co. at the address of 4413 W. Bogart Rd. Sandusky OH: On or about November 16, 2023, the employer did not establish a written blood borne pathogen exposure control plan to protect employees with occupational exposure. Employees tasked with cleaning blood or other potentially infectious materials, without the benefit of an established plan containing the elements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii), were exposed to potential infectious disease(s).
