On or about November 21, 2023, to December 7, 2023, at an establishment located at 1695 Mills Street in Green Bay, Wisconsin, in the Iron Barn; the employer did not include training on the occupational health hazards such as, but not limited to, sensitizers (allergens) in the products with which employees were working.
