29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a. On or about November 30, 2023, at the Automated Data Processing (ADP) room. Two electrical service panels were not readily accessible, there was a two-step metal ladder and a Datamation steel cart cabinet used for laptops and computer equipment storage placed in front of the panels. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health prior to notice issuance.

A six-outlet relocatable power tap/power strip surge protector, Tripplite, model TLP 606 (15- amp) was used in place of fixed firing to provide power to a Panasonic 1100 watts microwave and a toaster NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
