On or about November 30, 2023. and at times prior; The employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection, exposing his employees to fall hazard of up to 9 feet 10 inches to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: b) 2162 Meadowview Loop W. Lot 202, Semmes AL. On or about November 30, 2023. and at times prior; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that the employer failed to ensure employees were trained on how to use personal fall arrest system and the hazard associated with falls over 6 feet to ground.
