Employees used the pendant control to move the overhead crane on a daily basis transferring heavy components.  (b) On or about 12/5/2023, and at times prior thereto at 2424 Industrial Drive SW, Cullman, AL:  the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that employee in the process of operating a 50M-Ton (Equip No: REHA002) overhead crane used pendant control with buttons not clearly legible to identify the functions (missing buttons/ labels). Employees used the pendant control to move the overhead crane on a daily basis transferring heavy components.  (c) On or about 12/5/2023, and at times prior thereto at 2424 Industrial Drive SW, Cullman, AL: the employer exposed the employees to struck-by hazard in that employee in the process of operating a 20-Ton (Equip No: 15) overhead crane used pendant control with buttons not clearly legible to identify the functions (missing button/ labels).
