29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about December 5, 2023, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that a portable power strip was "daisy-chained" to a second portable power strip that was powering the computer system in the administrative area of the store. The Defense Commissary Agency was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643912, citation number 002, item number 002, and was affirmed as a final order on February 17, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at Building 6608 Mokapu Road, MCBH Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: On or about December 5, 2023, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that a bottle of machine lubrication was missing a label in the meat packing area. The Defense Commissary Agency was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1538425, citation number 003, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on August 27, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1180 Amphibious Drive, Virginia Beach, Virginia.
