29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): On or about December 5, 2023, employees were exposed to chemical hazards, in that the employer had not implemented a written hazard communication program for employees using chemicals, such as, but not limited to, Ecolab Heavy Duty Alkaline Bathroom Cleaner, Ecolab Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and Ecolab Oasis Multi-Quat Sanitizer, while cleaning throughout the commissary.
