29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. Managers Office: On or about December 5, 2024, and at times prior thereto the employer did not ensure that a relocatable power tap (RPT) was installed in accordance to the manufacturer's instructions. The employer had secured the RPT to a wall by screwing metal clamps into the wall. Casillas LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1715558, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 01, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 4875 Pasture Road BLDG 341, Fallon, NV 89406.
