29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) A) At Wire Park Flats, 1250 Electric Avenue, Building 100 & 200, Watkinsville, GA 30677; On or about December 5, 2023, and at times prior, subcontracted employees were engaged in framing activities at heights about 10 feet from the ground level without the use of fall protection or fall arrest systems, exposing employees to fall hazards. The employer did not establish a system of frequent and regular safety inspections so as to identify and eliminate this and similar safety and health related hazards at the jobsites they controlled.
