29 CFR 1910.269(o)(5)(iii):The employer shall protect temporary wiring and its connections against damage, accidental interruptions, and other hazards. To the maximum extent possible, the employer shall keep signal, control, ground, and power cables separate from each other. Location: 502 East 6th Street, New York, NY 10009 On or about: November 18, 2023 (a) The employer did not ensure the testing apparatus wiring and equipment was not damaged and hazardous. An employee was exposed to high voltage energized wiring which was pulled out of the strain relief and the testing apparatus.
