1910.176(b) Secure storage. Storage of material shall not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse:  a. On or about December 8, 2023, located in the Air Center - Hangar, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards when they performed warehouse-related activities around the pallet rack storage systems damaged by forklift impacts. The storage racking systems had bent/twisted upright columns at the base of the columns at Aisle 6 (Bay 92-56), Aisle 8 (Bay 92-56), and Aisle 10 (Bay 91/55).
