San Antonio, TX 78251: On or about December 12, 2023, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while installing wooden trusses on an apartment roof, without any fall protection in place. Mr. Abel Nieto Mendoza was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1513225, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 5-24-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 23420 Kingsland Blvd, Katy, TX 77494.
