29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) On 12/13/2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees using these tools at 120 PSI engaged in framing activities.  Francisco Ramirez was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1438247, citation 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/26/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 334 McDaniel Place Canton, Georgia 30115.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) On 12/15/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not used or provided while engaged in framing activities at heights of approximately 20-feet 5-inches.  Francisco Ramirez was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1663579, citation 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/16/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 7658 and 7660 Baron Road Fairburn, Georgia 30213.  Francisco Ramirez was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1623971, citation 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/21/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2595 Sunset Drive Lot #2 Atlanta, Georgia 30345.  Francisco Ramirez was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1438247, citation 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/16/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 334 McDaniel Place Canton, Georgia 30115.

29 CFR  1926.403(b)(1):The employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a) On 12/13/2023, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards while performing framing operations in that the employer did not inspect the extension cord for damages prior to allowing use on the jobsite.
