29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer had not ensured that each affected employee had used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  On or about December 15, 2023, PRECISION ROOFING & REMODELING LLC did not ensure that appropriate eye protection was used by employees who were exposed to eye hazards from flying particles while operating pneumatic nail guns in a worksite at 252 Ashford Oaks Drive in Wentzville, Missouri.  PRECISION ROOFING & REMODELING LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1706514, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 30, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 285 Hyde Park in  Wentzville, Missouri.  PRECISION ROOFING & REMODELING LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1702248, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 30, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1334 Heritage Parkway in  Wentzville, Missouri.

On or about December 15, 2023, PRECISION ROOFING & REMODELING LLC did not ensure that each employee roofing a two-story residential building at 252 Ashford Oaks Drive in Wentzville, Missouri, was protected by personal fall arrest systems.  PRECISION ROOFING & REMODELING LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1706514, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 30, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 285 Hyde Park in  Wentzville, Missouri.
