OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employees were exposed to Struck-by/Caught between hazards associated with damage to the structural components of storage rack systems:  a.)	Great Lakes Metal Finishing, Inc., Inspection line rack#3, on or about December 20th, 2023 and times prior thereto:  The Ridg-u-rack brand racking system contained structural damage including, but not limited to the following:  The front left column upright/baseplate and front middle column upright/baseplate were bent and twisted inward.   The back middle column upright was damaged in that, it was collapsed inward towards the diagonal and horizontal bracing.  The lower middle column diagonal bracing was damaged in that it was bent/twisted.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
