Soto Roofing, on or about December 20, 2023 at the address of 143 Steinberg Drive, New Wilmington, PA: Employees were removing snow from the roof of a building with brooms, approximately ten (10) feet off the ground on a 5/12 pitched roof without the benefit of any type of fall protection.
