29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Job site: 75 Mill St. Newport, RI: On or about 12/21/2023, during commercial roofing activities, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided and utilized fall protection. The roof height was greater than twenty-four feet (24') and the slope was approximately 5/12.
