29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(ii): Sanitation - Wet Floors - Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained, so far as practical, in a dry condition. 260 Lake Road: on or about December 21, 2023, Employer did not protect Employee(s) from accidental injury by failing to provide workroom floors which were maintained, so far as practical, in a dry condition. Aisles and passageways were subjected to standing water as result of a faulty roof structure, thereby, facilitating a slip-trip-fall hazard for Employee(s).
