The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle.  On or about December 27, 2023, at the facility located at 1201 D�cor Drive, Wausaukee, Wisconsin; the employer failed to ensure the guarding on Punch Press 13 (Denison HydroOILics, Model A, Serial No. 3022) was designed in a manner that prevented access to the hazard.  The guard had a hinged section that easily allowed employees access to the danger zone of the point of operation.
