29 CFR 1910.101(b):The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: 5.8.4 Cylinder positions in storage: All compressed gas cylinders in service or in storage at user locations shall be secured to prevent falling or rolling: a.)Euroforgroup dba Reichdrill, LLC, interior northwest wall plasma cutting area - On or about January 4th, 2024, and times prior thereto: One propane cylinder was freestanding and was not secured by any device to prevent the cylinder from falling, rolling, or getting knocked over. b.) Euroforgroup dba Reichdrill, LLC, outside gas storage trailer - On or about January 4th, 2024 and times prior thereto: Multiple compressed gas cylinders containing gases including, but not limited to, propane, propylene, and acetylene were freestanding and were not secured by any device to prevent the cylinders from falling, rolling, or getting knocked over.
