29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Waste Treatment Area: On or about December 28, 2023, and sometime thereafter, where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive substances while pouring sodium hydroxide and Peric acid into waste drums, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use when an eyewash station that was impeded by obstructions and that was more than 50 feet from the operation, was the only wash station available for emergency use.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(9): The employer removed or defaced existing labels on incoming containers of hazardous chemicals and did not immediately mark the containers with the required information: Pre-Press Area: On or about December 28, 2023, the employer did not ensure that existing labels on incoming containers of hazardous chemicals were maintained and clearly visible in that, labels on the containers were defaced or destroyed by ink and adhesives that covered or removed the name of the product, its ingredients, and hazard warnings.
