9 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)[F]: Powered industrial truck operators did not receive training in the topic of visibility including restrictions due to loading: On or about December 27, 2023, at a workplace located at W6250 Pioneer Road, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; Employees operating forklifts immediately adjacent to and within stacked parts racking in a designated "market" areas, including but not limited to the EDP department, were not provided with training for partially or fully blocked visibility due to racking and/or storage bins, exposing employees to struck by hazards. An employee walked out of a EDP market area and was struck by a passing forklift.
