On or about 01/04/2024, at 5405 Turnpike Feeder Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 34951, employees were exposed to a 9-foot 7-inches fall hazard while tearing off a roof and fascia without being protected from falling.  Code Red Roofers, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1451189, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4609 SW Cocoa Street, Port Saint Lucie, Florida 33453.
