29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction:  a) Artisan Cabinetry, Inc:  On or about January 9, 2024, and at times prior, a minimum clear space of three feet was not maintained on all sides of the spray booth.  Materials such as cardboard boxes, a storage cabinet containing bottles of extremely flammable products, and barrels of flammable liquids were stored directly against the spray booth walls or within three feet of the walls.

29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form:  a) Artisan Cabinetry, Inc:  On or about January 9, 2024, and at times prior, the employer failed to identify and evaluate the respiratory hazards employees were exposed to while working in the spray booth.  Employees were required to spray paint using hazardous chemicals classified as a carcinogen, such as but not limited to SHER-WOOD Pigmented Conversion Varnishes.
